Sign in and open Orders. Each order shows its current status and the courier’s tracking reference once the parcel is on its way. The same timeline is linked from your confirmation email.
What the statuses mean
- Confirmed — payment received and the order is with our team.
- In the making — a made-to-order piece is being crafted; the expected delivery date is on the order.
- Quality check — the finished piece is being inspected and hallmark-verified before it leaves.
- Shipped — on its way with insured, tracked delivery; the tracking reference is on the order.
- Delivered — with you. Your 15-day return window starts here.
