These Terms & Conditions apply when you access the Trimaani website, create an account, use a storefront feature or place an order with us. By doing so, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from them.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or submit an order. References to “Trimaani”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business operating this storefront; “you” means the visitor or customer using it.

We take care to describe jewellery, metal purity, stone type, dimensions, weight, colour and imagery accurately. Natural materials, handmade finishes, screen settings and photography can create reasonable variations in colour, texture, weight or appearance.

Products, sizes, variants and services remain subject to availability. Adding an item to a wishlist or bag does not reserve it. We may limit quantities or withdraw a product when necessary, including where catalogue information is materially incorrect.

Jewellery prices may change with metal, stone and market rates. The payable amount for your selected configuration, including applicable taxes and disclosed charges, is presented during checkout. A price shown before checkout is indicative until the order is confirmed.

• Coupons and promotions are subject to their displayed validity, eligibility and usage limits.
• Only one promotion may apply where an offer states that it cannot be combined.
• A clear pricing or technical error does not oblige us to supply an item at the erroneous price; we will contact you before proceeding.

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation after validating payment, product availability and order details. We may contact you for verification before acceptance.

Payments are handled by authorised payment providers. Your bank or provider may apply its own verification, fees, limits or processing rules. If payment is not completed or is reversed, the order may remain pending or be cancelled.

Custom, engraved, resized or made-to-order jewellery may begin production after confirmation. Lead times and any non-returnable status will be communicated before purchase where applicable. Please review spelling, sizing and configuration details carefully before approving a personalised order.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please inspect the package promptly and retain the original packaging, certificates, tags and invoice if you need assistance.

Responsibility for the product passes as permitted by applicable law after successful delivery to the address or authorised recipient provided in the order.

• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its security or operation.
• Do not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or infringing material.
• Do not use automated tools in a way that degrades the service or bypasses access controls.

The website, Trimaani name, product presentation, photographs, copy, graphics, software and other original material are protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to Trimaani or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the storefront for personal shopping.

We work to keep the storefront secure and available, but temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, updates or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trimaani is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Any liability relating to an order remains subject to applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, practices or legal obligations. The revised date appears at the top of this page, and material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
